A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Oct. 4, at 11 a.m., in the Presbyterian Church of Upper Montclair, 53 Norwood Ave.

A lifelong resident of Montclair, Ms. Poole attended Montclair Public Schools, and was employed by Kings Supermarkets and Towne Video up until the time of her illness.

Ms. Poole was predeceased by her parents, Dr. Rodger E. Poole and Margaret Poole. She is survived by her sister, Diana P. Smith and her husband, Kit; a nephew, Chuck Smith; and her cousins, Sally and Gerry Poole. Also her loving cats, Norman and Mitch.
